Delete your account
This erases your email address from our server permanently. It is the only thing about you we hold.
Your files are not affected. Every vault and every file is on your phone, encrypted with a key we have never had. Deleting the account does not touch them, and it does not delete the app.
What goes: your email address, any free days you earned from invites, and invite links you have already sent stop working. Friends who already earned their days keep them.
What stays, with no name on it: an anonymous record that you invited whoever you invited, and the random id of the installation. We keep those so that free days other people earned are not taken back, and so deleting and re-registering is not a way to collect the same reward twice. Neither can be connected to you once your address is gone.
If the app is still installed, doing this from Settings → Account → Delete my account is the same thing and needs no code.
